● Shipment charges will be added at the time of checkout as per location and weight of the outfit.

● For any duty and customs at destination country, it will be client’s responsibility.

● All made to order articles will be processed within 8 – 14 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Pakistan Time (PST/GMT +5hours).

● All ready to ship articles will be delivered within 7 days.

● For nationwide deliveries, once ready, your order should reach you within approximately 5-7 business days.

● For all international deliveries, the time frame is stipulated by our logistics partners and affiliate.

At RUMI, we aim to provide you with the best service possible. Normally, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, except if there’s a problem with the product’s quality. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

Please remember that unstitched items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any complaints about unstitched outfits, make sure to reach out to us within 7 working days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider any complaints received after this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our Quality department will investigate the issue and get back to you after reviewing the product.
● Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange, while sale items cannot be exchanged.

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, Our exchange policy will be applicable. Rumi has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors.
