Returns & Exchanges

At RUMI, we aim to provide you with the best service possible. Normally, we don't accept returns or exchanges, except if there's a problem with the product's quality, but within 7 days. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

Please remember that stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any complaints about unstitched outfits, make sure to reach out to us within 7 working days of receiving the products. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider any complaints received after this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our Quality department will investigate the issue and get back to you after reviewing the product.
● Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange, while sale items cannot be exchanged.

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, Our exchange policy will be applicable. Rumi has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors.
